How can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription by contacting us via email or phone. We aim to respond to requests within 48 hours.

Where does your data come from?

Our report data comes from mostly government agencies along with other public, private, and proprietary data sources. All our reports respect the various privacy protection acts such as the DPPA.

Will you give me a refund?

You can request a refund by contacting us via email or phone. We aim to respond to requests within 24 hours. Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days.

How do I get a report?

Simply enter your query on our homepage, select an appropriate offer and click the "Get Report" button. You will be taken to a checkout page where you can purchase a report.

How do I access the dashboard?

If you've selected a plan that comes with additional reports as part of a subscription, visit our website and click "Login", the email will be the same email address used at checkout and your password is the last 4 digits of the card used at checkout. If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it using the forgot password button on the login page.
